Steve is an HR Director with 30 years experience of working within the Human Resources sector in the UK. Working with a group of other HR Professionals, he founded Fair Job UK, an Employer Accreditation and HR Support Service aimed at UK SMEs (employers under 250 employees) and other UK employers.

Steve and Andrew discuss how EDI Training, which was meant to bring us all closer together, encourage tolerance and inclusivity in the workplace is having precisely the opposite effect and huge damage has been done to the British workplace with inter colleague conflicts, and a breakdown in the cohesion necessary to run any business or organisation.
