Steve is an HR Director with 30 years experience of working within the Human Resources sector in the UK. Working with a group of other HR Professionals, he founded Fair Job UK, an Employer Accreditation and HR Support Service aimed at UK SMEs (employers under 250 employees) and other UK employers.
