Following on from my previous article and podcast, I’m addressing a few questions and some feedback I got since we first looked at how The Abilene Paradox, aka organisational groupthink, manifests, the conditions required and what to watch out for. The Abilene Paradox Revisited addresses some of those questions, especially how developments in internal organisational communications, remote working etc. have massively increased the risk of the paradox manifesting and groupthink happening.
