With news that yet another NHS Trust has published what is almost certainly an unlawful bathroom policy, when will UK employers stop allowing activist employees to break the law?
.... And where is Wes Streeting, Secretary of State for Health and Social Care? The guy who recently said that he disagreed with DEI policies? The man who wants to realign the NHS with common sense and value for money?
He could issue a Health Directive - they're rare, but necessary to cut through the BS in this case - simply saying that DEI is no longer recognised or acceptable as an NHS policy and is to cease forthwith. Simple, effective, quick and couldn't be argued with.
And all the lily-livered Health Trust directors could immediately stop the rot and the incredibly wasteful, ridiculous spending allotted to this tomfoolery.

So how about it, Wes?
