Another week, another batch of UK public sector institutions exposed for pushing radical and potentially unlawful Diversity, Equality and Inclusion policies.
So what happens next? It seems like anarchy within these organisations is absolutely fine! What about some kind of a general strike to insist these poisonous ideologies are completely criminalised and the (very senior) people responsible for adhering to them within the Civil Service, NHS, police forces etc. are held personally responsible and given prison sentences?
well that is a good question - time and time again we find out that there has been a failure in leadership and governance - it looks like Paula Vennels was not exceptional - sadly she's the norm. There is an argument that until some metaphorical heads are put on metaphorical spikes for these failures, until there is an actual consequence, this is going to perpetuate.
It's the product of 30 years of de fanging management. The result has been the Rise of the Mediocrity.
The simple fact is, that CRT has its roots in Communist philosophy; it is basic “divide-and-conquer” strategy, to cause confusion, distraction and disquiet - if not riot - mad then take advantage of the situation by shouting its own accusations against those who reasonably challenge it. The problem is that, whilst it is a theory and a philosophical/political one, it has been adopted as “self-evident-fact” by its proponents, who brook no opposition nor dissent whatsoever
in the UK the best way to attack CRT is through the legal definition of 'racism'. The Equality Act 2010 is very clear on what racism is, which means we have an actual legal definition. Now if you are an employer or any organisation that decides to implement CRT you are almost certainly breaching the Equality Act 2010. Labour are talking about changing the Act but they would be playing with fire if they tried to change the definition of racism to align with CRT, so I can't see them pulling this stunt.

The law's no use unless it's enforced and breaking it has consequences. Neither of which is currently happening.
Terrible organisation. I had misfortune to be employed by them for two years. Awful. Worst employer I think I have suffered.
It’ll end when you accept there is no political solution, or you’re all dead. That’s it. That’s all there is.
